I want to change my app password
You can change your app password from the Settings menu in Play Wallet.

Mnemonic/OTP authentication

What is a mnemonic and what does it do?
On the block chain, a private key is required to access an individual's cryptocurrency. However, because the private key is composed of very complex characters, the password wallet uses a collection of twelve words called mnemonic, which is more simple to input. To recover your wallet, it is necessary to enter the mnemonic in the correct order, and if you lose the mnemonic, you will lose your cryptocurrency, so be careful to keep the mnemonic.
How should I keep my mnemonics?
There is a risk of hacking if you store mnemonics with electronic media that can be accessed by the network. As a mnemonic, we recommend that you keep a note or print it in a safe place, such as a safe.

If the mnemonic is leaked, it is like giving your wallet to another person, so you must be careful about your mnemonic security. Most wallets warn you never to show your mnemonic to others, write it down on paper and keep it well hidden. However, PlayWallet provides cloud backup. The security of cloud backup is as secure as the SSL used for internet encrypted communications. I will simply explain the reason.

What conditions are required to safely store mnemonics on the server?
1. Never pass unencrypted mnemonics from the client to the server.
2.Even if the server database is exposed to an attacker due to a server security problem, the attacker should not find out your mnemonic.
3. Mnemonic recovery should not be possible even if the client falls into the hands of someone other than the customer.

As #1 is so obvious, we can never allow clients send unencrypted mnemonic to the server. # 2 and 3 can be solved using the "key-exchange" approach in traditional secure communication. With this approach, servers and clients can share their keys over an insecure channel, by using their own secret information (elliptic curve asymmetric key is the technical term refers to these secret information).

Clients use PINs to protect their confidential information one more time when they generate it. The client then encrypts the mnemonic using the AES (Encryptino Algorithm adopted by the US government) and passes it to the server using the https (the standard secure communication protocol for the web). The server stores only the server's own secret information and the encrypted mnemonic in the DB. The client removes its own secret information from memory immediately after the mnemonic encryption, therefore leaves no information.

In this situation, even if a server falls into the hands of an attacker, the attacker only gets the server secret information and the encrypted mnemonic of the client. Nobody can decrypt the mnemonic with those two pieces of information. The chances of breaking the encryption are very low, practically impossible. Similarly, even if you lose your phone with PlayCoin Wallet installed and someone gets it, that person must authenticate with the server (e-mail, password) to recover your mnemonic. And even if he could pass the server authentication, he need to enter correct PIN to generate proper elliptic curve key you made. By setting some PIN entry limit, the server can lock the account and notify the proper user immediately via the SMS or email after several failed attempts.

The encryption techniques used by PlayCoin Wallet are largely based on ECDH (Elliptic Curve Diffie Hellman) and AEC encryption, and are considered to be secure. So, you do not need to worry about external attacks or communications security of the PlayCoin Wallet Cloud Backup.
What is OTP certification and why do I need it?
The OTP app allows you to get a temporary password that you enter when recovering your Wallet from a Play Backup Wallet in Play Wallet. You can keep your Wallet's assets more secure by entering your OTP password.
What is the 2FA key used for OTP authentication?
This key is used to link the OTP app to the Playwallet app. If you lose it, you can't recover your cloud backup wallet in the Playwallet, so make sure you record it and keep it in a safe place.

Wallet Create/Manage

How many wallets can I make?
Play Wallet supports multiple wallets. You can add as many wallets as you want.
I want to delete my wallet
It is not possible to delete the generated wallet. However, you can deactivate the wallet through the options menu of each wallet. The wallet is not exposed to the dashboard and can be re-enabled in the archive if necessary.
I want to change the order of my wallet.
Touch and hold the wallet to reposition it in the desired order.

Wallet Restoration

How can I recover my wallet if I have a new app installed?
If you've installed a new app, you can recover your wallet as follows:
1) Wallet recovery with cloud backup via Play Coin account
2) Repair the wallet by entering the mnemonic that was created
What is a Cloud back up?
Your Play Coin account allows you to store your Wallet data on an encrypted cloud backup server. This allows users to easily recover their wallets by simply entering their Play Coin account without going through the hassle of inputting your mnemonic code.
Wallet can not be recovered.
Please make sure you entered the mnemonic correctly and in the correct order. For cloud backup recovery, please check your Play Coin account and account password. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact contact@playcoin.game.

PlayCoin Account

Do I have to create a play coin account?
Play Wallet's main features are available without a Play Coin account. However, cloud backup is not available until you login with your Play Coin account.
I forgot my password for my Play Coin account.
You can access the password search page from the account and password input screen.

Cryptocurrency transfer/deposit

Unable to send cryptocurrency
Please make sure you have entered the recipient's wallet address correctly. You cannot remit money if there is a lack of fees, so you need to make sure there is enough money left to pay the fees.
Transferring / depositing takes too long.
If a large number of transactions occur in a short time on the block chain, it may take some time until the transfer and transfer of the password is completed. Once a transaction has been executed, it may take time, but please be patient as it will get processed.
What is a transaction?
A transaction that occurs on a block chain is called a transaction. Cryptography A transaction occurs when you transfer or deposit money.
What is the number of confirms?
In order for transactions to be processed in a block chain, the blocks that make up the chain need to verify the transactions. Confirm refers to the number of blocks that have been verified by the transaction and the number of claims required to complete transaction processing is different for each block chain.
What is a fee?
When a transaction of cryptography occurs, the block chain is called mining to prevent forgery or duplication. The mining requires a large amount of calculation work, and the commission is paid to the miners when the transaction is completed. High-commission transactions are primarily mined and can be processed quickly. If the commission is set too low, it can take a very long time for the transaction to complete.

What's PlayCash?
PlayCash (PLC) is a Crypto Payment system for easy payment in games and commerce. Easier if you think of PayPal. This is a payment platform that resolves existing ERC20 payment speed and gas cost issues that can be paid within 1 second.
What is a B2B wallet?
1. The goal is to increase the number of users of PlayWallet through affiliates.
2. Companies that are burdened with making their own virtual money wallets, and those whose existing businesses are expanding their block chain-based membership are the main targets.
3. Game and commerce companies will soon notify announcements and use of affiliates.
The payment could not be made.
Please check that you have sufficient funds in your Play Wallet for the selected coin currency as your payment method. In addition, a fee is required because transactions occur on the block chain at the time of payment. Please make sure you have enough money to pay the required fee. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact contact@playcoin.game
